Large Flake Acheulian Techniques

Experimental Archaeology: Knapping ; Large Flake Acheulian Techniques. This video shows how to make a large flake, which was used by the early Acheulian man for making handaxes, cleaver or other cutting tools. The experiment was conducted by Tosabanta Padhan from Deccan College Pune on the eve of Archaeology Day in the University of Mumbai university.
